  • 1-Each partner will create a commission of teachers, and  students who will participate in the project  chosen by guidance counsellors.The division of duties of the participants will be decided, student team leaders chosen and work will commence.     1/08/2010 All

  • 2-Students will start the research of their traditional arts and their history using the internet,library,universities,books and documentary films. Project web site will be prepared by the coordinator school, partners will prepare content. 1/9/2010 All

  • 3- The first questionnaire on the traditional arts will be written and presented to the public and students.(which ones are known? Whether they are useful or not?)The results will be evaluated and the art to be addressed will be chosen  accordingly. 1/10/2010 All

  • 4- Research of how the education resources of the chosen traditional arts can be reached; universities, local administration etc.Start work on chosen art. Work to be recorded by student team leaders and forwarded monthly to the school counsellor. 1/11/2010 All

  • 5- Students start work on the Logo contest Evaluation and recording of the chosen arts’ works to be done. Each country should post reports and activities to project web site each month from now on. Project corner to be prepared to inform students. 1/12/2010 All

  • 6- Each countries' Logo contest winner to be decided.Each country starts to work on the brochure which gives the history and details of the chosen traditional art.Preparations for the first meeting( passport,official papers,documents…etc.) 1/01/2011-28/2/2011 All

  • 7- 1ST PROJECT MEETING: The project’s official logo to be chosen. Each countries' presentation of work done:brochures of chosen art, records, slide shows,productions. Planning of arts festival. Preparation of Project Poster. Evaluate results. TR – TURKEY   14/3/2011-19/3/2011

  • 8- Students will research where the traditional arts could be used outside the school area. Students will complete the project poster and teachers evaluate the results of the research. 1/4/2011 all

  • 9- 2ND PROJECT MEETING Contact to be made with the institutions found from the research and the necessary procedures will be followed to gain permission from the official services for implementation.Teams will follow dedicated work plans in these institutions. 1/5/2011 all LT – LITHUANIA   30/04/2011-06/05/2011

  • 10- A program plan will be made with the aid of the institutions' attending psychologists, the questionnaire will be completed and work accomplished to be recorded by team leaders. 1/6/2011all

  • 11- A detailed report is to be prepared showing the results of the research made and giving the results of the questionnaire plus the activities done and sent by each partner to coordinator for halfway report for Agencies. 1/7/2011all

  • 12- Meetings will be held between the students and their team leaders to evaluate the first year of the project. Halfway report to be sent to Agencies.Preparations for the second meeting (passport,official documents) will be made. 1/8/2011all

  • 14- 3ND PROJECT MEETING: Each country will present the results of  its research and questionnaires, activities of the institutions for expert evaluation, the winner of the poster competition to be selected from the winners entries. Short film prep. SK – SLOVAKIA   09/10/2011-16/10/2011

  • 15- Team leaders will research the required experts contact details and the school counsellors will contact the academic staff and institutions psychologists who will cooperate on evaluating the results of the questionnaires and subject observations. 1/11/2011 all

  • 16- Short film to be prepared. Experts' prepared Questionnaire to be completed and results to be evaluated by them. 1/12/2011all

  • 17- Coordinator will collate the information from each countries' brochure and prepare one joint brochure with each language and English. A short project film contest between students and preparations for 3rd meeting. 1/1/2012 all

  • 18- 4TH PROJECT MEETING:Brochure to be distributed. Winner of short project film to be selected.Comparison of expert's research, reports and questionnaire results. Discussions of Project CD contents and arts festival for last meeting. IT-ITALY  25/2/2012-01/03/2012

  • 19- Preps for preferred activity for arts festival, Partners send items for CD, experts' written articles of reports of evaluations and observations,  2 pages for Web site sections: 1) Traditional Arts 2)Experts' results to coordinator by 15 May latest. 1/3/2012 all

  • 20- Arts activities, observations, reports and  duties of the students for the festival. Web site and pamphlet of experts' results. CD prep. Students'  questionnaire on whether the project has been useful, what changes have been experienced by subjects. 1/4/2012all

  • 21- 5TH PROJECT MEETING:Festival of arts presentation. Exhibition of arts, concert, handicrafts etc.Project CD of all partners contributions.Booklet will be prepared and published based on experts' articles.Evaluation of all work and activities done. 7/5/2012all  GB-ENGLAND 10/05/2012-16/05/2012

  • 22- End of project report, consisting of all details of the project work, to be prepared by each partner and forwarded to coordinator no later than 15/7/2012. Project to be presented to schools. 1/6/2012all
